ECI Spring members forum: “Rethinking Capital Project Delivery – Moving Forward”

The next members forum will be on May 3rd in London. The purpose will be to develop the outcomes of our event on Industry 2.0 in Amsterdam on February.

The forum will be geared to help us enact the next tasks to get engagement with the actions that the sector needs to take. This will include a review of our current Direction Groups to ensure we have the right themes, for example two key issues need to be addressed: the financing model, and the contracting arrangements. This is not about designing the models, but getting members and guests to think about the type of models that might be developed. This should raise more questions than answers but that is precisely what is needed as the basis for further development and research that we want members to buy into - and will lead to the confirmation of joint owner-contractor-vendor working groups.

Please note that members are welcome to bring key colleagues such as those with a finance interest - and members are also invited to bring a guest from a non-member company who you believe should be involved in our work.
