CEL International has been established for over 50 years and provides premier quality consultancy, design, engineering, procurement, construction, project management and validation services principally to the process and manufacturing industries and other customers whose facilities include technical complexity.
CEL’s traditional involvement is in the investment phase of our clients’ capital assets. We also have experience in the pre-investment phase where we regularly undertake feasibility studies, masterplanning and front end design, whilst in the operational phase we find solutions to increase production efficiency.
CEL’s activities include a specialist environmental consultancy providing process support, contaminated land investigation and remediation to industrial manufacturing, land regeneration and service industries. CEL also has a specialist process machinery consultancy who design and supply bespoke equipment for product manufacture and handling.
CEL’s primary objective is to offer a local and flexible service and to achieve this has established local offices in addition to our head office in Coventry, UK. These include CEL’s China office, in Shanghai, with UK regional offices in Glasgow, Derby, Runcorn and Barry, South Wales, in addition to an operation in Cork, Ireland. CEL typically works in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, food, consumer, chemical, energy and environmental industries.
