Defence Estates (DE) is an Agency of the Ministry of Defence (MOD) that provides services necessary to support all aspects of a very diverse estate. These range from maintaining the built estate and any new builds, including accommodation for Service personnel and their families, through to rationalising the estate and achieving the Government’s targets for Sustainability. The Agency is formally tasked to:
Deliver and enhance defence capability by providing a sustainable estate of the right size and quality, and through the provision of the necessary estate policy and guidance.
Provide clear, relevant, accurate, appropriate and timely advice to customers and stakeholders in compliance with current policy and legislation
Meet customer requirements, maintaining and improving satisfaction through the successful delivery of services.
