Safety Practise – in which we help create an Incident & Injury-Free (IIF) Safety Performance with our clients. JMJ’s IIF Programme has supported our client’s achievement of spectacular results with their Safety programmes.
Business Transformation – in which JMJ focuses on supporting and coaching Leadership, when facing significant project challenges such as capex, schedule, quality, safety and “winning teams”.
In addition, JMJ has supported and coached its clients during periods of organisational change such as reorganisation, mergers/acquisitions, alliances and joint ventures.
In its consulting engagements, JMJ works closely with client leadership, to create alignment and commitment around key objectives and business imperatives, such that the commitments given by leadership provide a clean and unequivocal direction to the management, supervision and workforce.
JMJ is Regionally based in Americas (Austin), EMEA (London) and APAC (Singapore) with additional Branch offices in Durban, Cape Town and Perth, with approx 120 staff worldwide.
