Global projects

Many construction projects now employ multi-cultural workforces, where ever in the world they are based. Many construction professionals work on global projects, often in areas where the SHE culture is very different to their home countries. These aspects produce particular chanllenges for line managers and SHE managers alike.

Loughborough University have produced a number of publications in conjunction with the ECI SHE task force. ECI also run masterclasses on these topics, a full list of masterclass can be viewed here.
